If the facts of cocaine being illegal, highly addictive and lethal were not enough to scare or stop those from using the dangerous drug, rapper, Lil' Wayne gave his candid reason as to why he no longer uses the substance....it ruins his complexion!

The rapper, who currently has a number 1 single, "Lollipop" on the Billboard chart, insists he now sticks to marijuana, after experiments with the white powder threatened to ruin his good looks.

Wayne tells Blender magazine, "I don't do too many (drugs). I smoke weed and drink. But I'll never f**k with no more coke. It's not about the bad high, its just about the acne: Cocaine makes your face break out. I'm a pretty boy."
